SAP Space is a multi-use project space started by us, Ilyn Wong and Johannes Knall. It is a stand-alone building in our little backyard garden, which sits in a semi-hidden Hinterhof in the Neukölln neighborhood of Berlin. Because the space has always occurred to us as an extension of our garden, it will be engaged with themes relating to and inspired by the garden and its inhabitants through inter- and transdisciplinary projects.

We started SAP Space because of our shared interest in the subject of the garden, nature, ecology, and art. As transplants to Berlin, we were inspired by how people DIY it here, and figured we could contribute our little space to foster conversations and support new and meaningful projects. However, we have not figured out how to find funding, which is why we’re humbly asking for your donation. Any amount is appreciated.
